A selection of several extracts of coaching programs of a cross section of my clients to showcase results that we have achieved together:

  • Coached an IT technical professional “out of his shell” to raise confidence, assertiveness and visibility. Helped him emerge from "coasting"  in his career to establish a more empowered path based on strengths and interests; by mapping out possible streams. Guided the preparation for personal positioning, marketing, interviewing and negotiation. Started him on a personal development path.
  • Performance coaching and mentoring of an IT technical professional into a leadership position.  Our program was based upon discipline, attitude, beliefs, goal setting and planning. I guided the preparation for a career change from service management into sales. My “leapfrogging” concept resulted in him bypassing his next conventional role into a senior role that was much more desirable. He was additionally coached and mentored through a range of leadership skill enhancements.
  • Life coaching for an artist / author who was stuck through a confidence, fear and belief threshold; yet was transitioned to her very emotional and exciting book manuscript launch as a result of my support.
  • Performance coaching and mentoring a senior IT program and projects director through some exceptionally difficult projects and corporate politics situations, while maintaining her self-belief and confidence.
  • Leadership coaching and mentoring for a sales professional through the transition into sales management. I helped him to restore the confidence and motivation needed to rebuild an inherited team that had been left shattered by a ruthless, manipulative tyrant predecessor.
  • Performance coaching and mentoring of an IT architecture professional by enhancing his personal style, confidence and interaction with others. I then guided him through career management by mapping strengths and interests to discover achievements that would open numerous perspectives and opportunities for him to pursue.
  • Life coaching of an artist to restore confidence and self belief. I helped her to develop a range of strategies through uplifting self talk, self assurance and in dealing confidently with rejection and confrontation.
  • Executive coaching for a mortgage broker business owner to help him find a better life balance between family and business. I guided him to raise business performance outcomes by actively delegating and channelling selective opportunities. Assisted in restoring and maintaining a positive and optimistic outlook.
  • Executive coaching and mentoring of a senior corporate management consultant.  I helped him evaluate his professional interests to balance them with his life, family and profession. I helped him explore and understanding his motivation, and then focused on career management.  The result was greater clarity of making the stops to achieve goals.
  • Executive coaching for an Internet business owner.  I assessed a range of short term business survival imperatives during the global financial crisis and balanced them with long term business building sustainability. He applied a range of coaching concepts to build additional confidence, self belief and an optimistic outlook. This created an ability to pro-actively focus on discipline, time and priority management to balance work and family and stabilise his business outcomes.
  • Leadership coaching and mentoring of a successful projects and program director led to the transition between business and people leadership. Working with his values, we used a mixture of coaching, leadership and soft skills grooming to create an active network.  This helped him to believe in his ability to confidently earn the trust and respect of his peer directors and staff.   A follow up coaching program is now in place to focus on longer term career management.
  • Leadership coaching and career management coaching of a direct report to a CIO. This IT professional sought the enhancement of his leadership skills by gaining more influence and corporate visibility, which we addressed through my coaching concepts, leadership coaching and soft skills grooming. This included personal productivity, coping, delegation, and networking. We pro-actively prepared a number of alternative structural organisation options for him to present to his CIO for an impending restructure.
    I mentored him in scenario and risk likelihood planning and mitigation; using tools like mind mapping and leap frogging to significantly enhance his personal priority and performance management, project outcomes and visibility.
    We focused on his longer term career planning and management, taking strengths, preferences and work / life balance into account. I am delighted that he was subsequently promoted into the CIO role.
  • Executive coaching of an SME company owner and director to balance life, family and professional interests. We honed his leadership and soft skills to achieve a focused leadership style that completed his relationship building and persuasion skills.  This significantly enhanced his standing among board positions and catapulted his business development success within the market. I coached him in career management by evaluating new opportunities. The coaching program for this client has developed into a business alliance between our companies.
  • Executive coaching, leadership coaching and career management coaching of an offshore country manager at a highly visible Australian private company. We focused on polishing personal leadership traits and his transition from management to leadership in a culturally challenging environment; using leadership and soft skills. This significantly improved his ability to network both within his organisation and in various business communities. We strategized a career management plan that employed strengths and preferences.
  • Executive coaching, leadership coaching career management, mentoring and life coaching of one of the most senior European sales executives of a global American multinational corporation.  This program was conducted using Internet based communication technology. Whilst initially focusing on work / life balance, we also recognised a number of limiting beliefs that were replaced with more sustainable ones. We also addressed a few personality traits and behavioural issues that were holding him back. Next, we planned and prepared for critical business meetings, negotiations and presentations.  Using scenario planning, we worked through many perspectives by lobbying the right internal and external players for a confidently prepared outcome. We also concentrated on various career planning and management options, keeping in mind the current volatility of his industry and market sectors.  Indeed, he is now in control; on his terms. Being an ongoing sounding board by mentoring him through specific political issues continues to prove to be extremely valuable.
  • I have recently developed a name for myself being sought out as a coach to help numerous successful executives and professionals to soften their sometimes perceived “overly tough” approaches to balance their communication styles, to hone their listening, diplomacy, rapport and interpersonal skills and leadership styles that made them more relatable and better able to lead and inspire diverse ranges of different subordinates to willingly support and execute their vision.
