Born in Germany, I was raised and educated in South Africa. I have lived in Australia for 20 years and have become a highly sought after professional, personal and executive performance coach; supporting executives, GM's, business owners and professionals to maximize career performance while maintaining that critical work / life balance.

Corporate

With 35+ years of corporate experience in complex global matrix organizations, my last corporate role was as Australian / New Zealand CIO of Siemens. Most of my career has been focused on leading groups of professionals in the selection and implementation of leading edge technology, optimized processes and enhanced solutions. Whilst optimizing IT investments and growing business revenues and profits - I have also developed, mentored and coached a host of successful leaders around the globe.

Domain relevance

I work comfortably with individuals, executives, teams or businesses at every level. Aside from having successfully directed and managed numerous large scale multimillion dollar corporate ERP implementation and business change programs, I have also coached and mentored many corporate executives and business owners in conjunction with running my own IT project, management and consulting practice.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation; a certified professional coach with a Diploma in Coaching Mastery; an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and public speaker / trainer, certified in the Facet5 personalty profiling tool and an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.

I have over 1000 active hours of coaching, mentoring, grooming, training and speaking experience which I can leverage to your benefit.

• Many people have asked me about the meaning or significance behind my logo. In keeping with my African background (you can take the man out of Africa, but you can never take Africa out of the man) I chose this age old West African symbol which signifies endurance and resourcefulness.
